Lianshun Bio Jointly Launches Legal Popularization Campaign with Qiezihe Public Security Sub-bureau

To effectively guard against telecom and online fraud risks and consolidate the corporate integrity risk control line, on the afternoon of June 3, Dou Hongbin, Deputy Director of Qiezihe Public Security Sub-bureau, led a team of police officers specializing in legal outreach to Lianshun Bio for a special legal lecture covering anti-fraud guidance and duty-related crime prevention. Gao Jianhui, Vice President of Duowei Pharmaceutical Group and General Manager of Lianshun Bio, Zhang Hangzhou, Deputy General Manager & Production Director, Liu Yong, Chief Technical Engineer, directors of all functional departments, heads of workshops and divisions, workshop team leaders and administrative managers attended the lecture.
During the lecture, police officers cited typical high-incidence cases in the jurisdiction to systematically explain common fraud methods such as rebate scams for click farming and fake online loans, and popularize knowledge on identifying, preventing and rejecting fraud. They delivered a special session on the crime of occupational encroachment, targeting key positions including finance, warehousing, sales, field operation and procurement for case-based legal education. By interpreting relevant provisions of the Criminal Law and clarifying legal consequences of violations, the officers guided employees to clarify job responsibilities and strictly abide by legal bottom lines.
After the lecture concluded, Gao Jianhui remarked that all workshops and departments should carry out regular anti-fraud legal publicity and integrity training for employees, steadily consolidate the foundations of compliance management and safe enterprise development. All staff shall be guided to internalize legal awareness and abide by laws in daily practice, so as to foster a secure, stable and upright corporate development environment that safeguards the company’s high-quality growth.
