To mark the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Heilongjiang Lianshun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. recently convened a conference combining the July 1 Commendation Ceremony and Work Safety Month Summary Meeting, alongside a red song singing contest. Mid-to-senior managers, all Party members and staff representatives of the company attended the event.

At the meeting, Ma Rong, Secretary of the Company Party Committee, delivered the work report of the Party Committee for the first half of the year. Over this period, the company advanced standardized development of primary-level Party building, rolled out regular initiatives including work style rectification, red-themed education and village-enterprise joint construction, and refined the featured Party building brand "Red Lianshun, Green Smart Manufacturing". Multiple Party building projects won municipal and district-level honors, and the company Party Committee has been rated a Four-Star Advanced Party Organization of the Group for two consecutive years.

The Director of the Work Safety Department reviewed the progress of the 2026 Work Safety Month campaign in the first half of the year. Centered on the theme Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response, the month featured safety publicity campaigns, company-wide hazard inspections, safety knowledge contests and firefighting skill competitions to comprehensively strengthen staff emergency capabilities. Existing shortcomings of the campaign were sorted out meanwhile. Long-term safety arrangements covering regular hazard remediation and hands-on practical drills were laid out, with clear requirements for all workshops to fully enforce safety responsibilities.

The Deputy General Manager and Production Director read out the company's Decision on Commending Outstanding Party Members, Outstanding Party Workers, Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations and Active Party Applicants, followed by staged on-site award presentations. Award categories included company-level Outstanding Party Members, Outstanding Party Workers, Advanced Party Branches and Outstanding Active Party Applicants. Municipal Outstanding Party Member Lu Hua, District Outstanding Party Worker Zhang Hangzhou, and the Quality & Technology Party Branch (District Advanced Grassroots Party Organization) were also honored on the occasion. Liu Yong, Chief Technical Engineer, released the document on 2026 annual Party building assessment and July 1 advanced Party organizations issued ; Lianshun was awarded the title of Four-Star Advanced Grassroots Party Organization. After the awarding session, award recipients shared acceptance speeches, and all Party members took a collective oath to reaffirm their commitment to original aspirations and founding missions.

Upon the conclusion of the commendation segment, the red song gala kicked off. The 3rd Chorus Contest themed Sing for Red Original Aspirations, Forge Ahead on a New Journey officially started, with 11 competing teams performing classic red songs in turn. First, second and third prizes were awarded in the final round, as all teams expressed sincere devotion to the Party and the motherland alongside dedication to enterprise development through resonant singing.

The Company General Manager delivered the closing address. He extended congratulations and gratitude to all awarded collectives and individuals, contest participants and event support staff, and put forward three key requirements: first, all employees shall take role models as benchmarks to pursue excellence and fulfill duties faithfully; second, keep firm guard over the bottom line of work safety, carry out routine hazard inspection and rectification persistently and guard against complacency; third, deepen the integration of Party building and business operation to unite all staff for pragmatic breakthroughs. He called on all Lianshun colleagues to take this conference as a fresh starting point, stay motivated and strive for progress to drive steady, high-quality corporate development.

Integrating Party building commendation, work safety review and red cultural activities, this event served both as an executive briefing to set exemplary benchmarks and tighten safety protocols, and an inspirational assembly to consolidate team cohesion.
